Unique from the beginning! In 1936, the family pet burro, Star, handled marketing. He’d be stationed around Fort Worth each morning. His banner read “MEXICAN INN CAFÉ…MEXICAN FOOD EXCLUSIVELY…FOLLOW ME TO MEXICAN INN.” People noticed! He and his parade of followers would find their way back to the café. Just in time for lunch! What does the crowd want? The Fajita Buffet is hard to beat. Imagine the aromas of marinated and beautifully grilled beef, chicken, onions, and pepper.
Our sides of Refried Beans and Mexican Rice are favorites. And toppings of sour cream, fresh grated cheese and other goodies will also be available. No one will leave hungry!
So many options! If fajitas aren’t right for your group, you might choose from one of several other buffet options. Think about Cheese Enchiladas, Chicken Enchiladas, and/or a Taco Bar.
