Mexican Specialties • Chicken & Shrimp Olé A 6 oz. chicken breast topped with chipotle barbeque sauce and four shrimp sautéed in an Ancho Chile butter. Served on a bed of rice with sautéed vegetables and your choice of Charro or black beans. • Steak & Enchiladas Ranchero A 6 oz. center cut sirloin steak topped with our Ranchero sauce and melted Jack cheese. Served with your choice of any two enchiladas, Mexican rice and refried beans. • Tacos Al Carbon Two soft flour tacos with fajita beef or chicken, pico de gallo, grilled onions and guacamole served on the side. Served with Mexican rice and Charro beans. • Chicken Tejano Freshly grilled marinated chicken breast topped with a blend of sautéed mushrooms, onions, poblano peppers, pico de gallo and Montery Jack cheese. Served with Mexican rice and your choice of Charro or black beans. • Chimichanga Your choice of fajita chicken or ground beef, onions, peppers and Monterey Jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and fried to a golden brown. Topped with chile con queso and sour cream sauce. Served with Charro beans and Mexican rice. • Shrimp del Sol Six shrimp sautéed in an Ancho Chile butter on a bed of rice. Served with sautéed vegetables and your choice of Charro or black beans. • Chile Relleno One chile relleno (chicken or cheese) topped with your favorite sauce (Ranchero, salsa verde, queso).
