Our homemade queso layered over refried beans and taco beef. Topped with melted mixed cheeses, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream.

• Chile con Queso
Rich and creamy homemade Chile con Queso blended with traditional Tex-Mex pico de gallo. Bowl or Cup.

• Fajita Nachos
Choice of fajita chicken or beef with refried beans and mixed cheeses. Served with the “works”.

• Salsa Verde
A spicy homemade green sauce made with tomatillo tomatoes, jalapeños, avocados and a special blend of spices for an authentic Mexican flavor.

• Jalapeño Poppers
Six fresh jalapeños stuffed with roasted peppers, smoked chicken and cream cheese, then battered and deep-fried. Served with homemade Ranch dressing.

• Mini Chimis
Four miniature chimis loaded with seasoned shredded chicken, corn, red and green bell peppers, black beans and Monterey Jack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and fried to a golden brown. Served with a side of our zesty avocado chipotle dressing.

• Deluxe Nachos
Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, taco beef, refried beans, pico de gallo, jalapeños, guacamole and sour cream. Large or small.

Seasoned shredded chicken and Monterey Jack cheese rolled into corn tortillas, fried to a golden brown. Served with our homemade zesty avocado chipotle dressing and pico de gallo.
