Spring Creek Traditional Menu

Standard Menu:

-Choose from these entrées:
-Hickory-smoked beef and sausage
-Our own original sauce
-Potato salad, coleslaw and beans
-Pickles, peppers and onions
-Texas sliced bread
-Lemonade and iced tea, with accompaniments
-Sugar cookies
-Tableware: Plastic plates, cups and cutlery packets

Menu options:

-Turkey, chicken, ribs, ham and peach cobbler

Services:

-Servers provided for one hour at no additional charge
-Red-skirted service tables
-All necessary equipment and personnel
-Meats carved on site and individually served
-Cleanup of service area
-The most courteous and efficient catering personnel in the business!

Pricing:

-$9.95 per plate for standard menu
-$5.95 per child plate (12 & under)
-$1.50 per person to add each of these items:
turkey, chicken, ham and peach cobbler
-$2.00 per person to add ribs
